Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding Between lED of NDB and AFDI
On July 15th, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI) (Asia-Pacific Institute for Finance and Development) and the Independent Evaluation Department (IED) of the New Development Bank (NDB). Lu Wenbin, President of the Academy, and Ashwani Muthoo, Director of the IED of NDB, signed the memorandum on behalf of both parties. Zhang Bo, Deputy Director of the World Bank Loan Project Evaluation Center of the Department of International Financial Cooperation of the Ministry of Finance, attended the signing ceremony via video and delivered a speech, affirming and supporting the strengthening of cooperation between the two sides in the field of performance evaluation. Zhang Gexing, Vice President of the College, and relevant comrades of International Education Center attended the signing ceremony.
According to the Memorandum of Understanding, both sides will further enrich the content and form of cooperation based on the existing cooperation, and jointly promote capacity building and knowledge sharing in the field of regional performance evaluation.
